Mike collaborates with the end user and design consultant to help conceptualize new designs and new product development. Previously, Mike served as VP of Hospitality Design for a nationally respected consulting and design firm, which set the foundation for his unique design ability and thorough understanding of the customer. He specializes in food service equipment planning and design for a large variety of world-class hotels, resorts, convention centers, country clubs and independent restaurants.

Designer, Visual Merchandising & Product Concepts

As the Education Development Account Manager at a major foodservice equipment distributor, Nancy was responsible for over 3,000 national accounts in the K-12 schools and university markets. Today, as a member of Sandstone Group’s Foodservice Division, she helps client-partners capture missed sales opportunities, maximize profitability, and increase customer satisfaction and repeat business via improved food merchandising. Nancy works with NACUFS and SNA by providing members design consulting services and also conducting educational presentations about visual merchandising.
