The facility needed a replacement of a 25 year old cafeteria located in a historic landmark building. Alterations to building wall was not permitted.
The Challenge
The retail dining space was confined and the new equipment needed to fit extremely close to the existing wall and building conditions. Retail counter stations required a compact equipment design built for efficiency to serve a larger diverse menu in a small space.
The Multiteria Solution
Multiteria worked closely with the schools staff architect to create a very modern and timeless design. Manufacturing and delivery schedule was aggressive but successfully completed.
