I honestly like everything but I do kind of love decorating deserts and plating is one of my favorite things to do.

Bacon Bleu Cheese Roulade 1 tbsp Garlic minced 1 tbsp Shallot minced 4 oz Bacon diced 2 oz Gorgonzola Cheese 1 oz Panko Crumbs 1 Flank Steak oil for pan |
1 Cook Bacon in sauté pan. 2 Add shallots then garlic. 3 Add bleu cheese and panko crumbs, mix together. 4 Pound out piece of flank steak, pan sear one side. 5 Put filling onto the cooked side and roll it up 6 Finish pan searing roulade. |
