Ingredients
 2 Gala Apples
 ½ juice of a lemon
 ¼ cup Fresh blueberries
 6 Fresh strawberries
 2 tbsp granola
 ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
 2 tbsp coconut, optional
 2 tbsp toasted nuts, optional

 Cutting board

 Pastry bag with small tip or small zipper bag
 Small spoons
 Small microwavable bowl
 Small bowls for prepped ingredients

Thinly slice the strawberries and apples. Gently toss the apples slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.

Melt the chocolate chips in the microwave. Fill pastry bag with chocolate

Layer apples on the platter, then drizzle with melted chocolate. Repeat. Garnish with strawberries, blueberries, and more chocolate. Top with granola, coconut, and nuts. Drizzle with remaining chocolate.

Place the platter of nachos in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate sets.
