Looking for a healthy burger alternative? Look no further, Chef Galloway has got you covered! This delicious, healthy patty is based on that most versatile of legumes: The lentil. Be sure to make enough though - the crisp texture, savory flavors and touch of spice is sure to have your diners asking for seconds!

 3.25 oz Cooked Mediterranean lentils
 3.25 oz Canned garbanzo beans, drained
 3.25 oz Portobello mushrooms, diced
 2 tsp Sriracha chili sauce
 1.50 tsp Fresh garlic, minced
 0.25 tsp Onion powder
 0.50 tsp Kosher salt
 0.50 tsp Ground black pepper
 1.25 oz Liquid whole egg
 3 oz Panko bread crumbs

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine. Don’t overpulse, we are looking for texture.

Transfer mixture to mixing bowl and fold in 2 oz breadcrumbs.

Form 4 patties and sprinkle each side of each patty with 1 tsp bread crumbs. Store on parchment wrapped tightly.
