INGREDIENTS DIRECTIONS
For the Sauce
 20 lbs Corn, White, Super Sweet,Frozen
 6 cups Mayo HD
 1 cup Juice,Lime 100%
 5 each Peppers,Jalapeno,Fresh
 8 bunch Cilantro,Fresh
 1 tsp Pepper,Cayenne
 0.50 cup Garlic Cloves,Fresh,Peeled
 3 tbsp or Salt To Taste
 ⅕ tsp Paprika,Smoked
 1.50 tsp Chili,Powder,Lt Ground

Thaw corn on sheet pans overnight.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing
bowl.

Remove seeds from jalapenos and finely dice. Mince Garlic.
Wash, destem, and finely chop cilantro

Add all the ingredients to your cream in step 2.
Combine and mix well with your thawed corn.

Label, date with day dot and refrigerate in proper storage location.
